Why Peace Out and In?

I have worked long and hard to create a life for myself that includes contentment, joy, and serenity. I’m so grateful for the peace in my heart.

When I see pain and suffering in the world around me, I have a deep desire to change it. I want to bring the peace I have and some strategies I’ve learned to create more peace “out” around me as well.
